I'm currently working on some work for a new show about
Northerness (opening next month at
Northern Stage). I'm really enjoying the research, stumbling on to all sorts of lovely new sites and images. I've chosen to look at Northerness in a Scandinavian sense (which is great as this is a huge passion of mine). I'm planning on doing some sort of traditional doll style screen print as a final piece, if time allows. I'd like to turn the final image into a tea towel as well as a screenprint. This new work builds on a recent piece I did for the exhibtion
